"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" - Mary Oliver
I'm glad you're here.
My approach to therapy is rooted in seeking to understand all that you are. Each therapy relationship is different and may change over time. Finding out how I can help begins with sitting with one another and seeing how that feels, and from there, we can face the questions at the heart of the therapy process together.
Staying present is difficult when we are bound by the hopes, fears, and stories of the past and future. Perhaps you wish to find new meanings and a way to hold the most vulnerable parts of yourself more gently. With compassion, I am committed to gently turning towards and listening with you to the wisdom you already have within yourself.
